Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Not so good... I had to go downstairs 4 times during my stay to have my room key recoded. Hint to management- replace door battery and quit telling your guests that it must have been too close to their cell phone. I heard 3 other guest say they had same problems. The older women bartender was a joke (2/4/16). She ignored me and finally after getting her attention she said she thought I was with someone else. She gave me a free beer but then did the same to others who came to the bar for drinks. It was quite a joke to watch customers leave due to this bartender. I couldn't even get her attention to refill my drink or get a menu to eat dinner. Sorry, your loss of sales Holiday Inn. I'll eat breakfast out due to your great service, thank you. Vending machine was out on 10th floor so went to 9thl .It sold me a Coke but it was HOT! Then key wouldn't let me in at 3 am so down to lobby yet again. Told not to store key next to cell phone-really? Told her about vending machine needing repairs but didn't seem to care. I stayed for 5 days. My TV had sound but no picture. I heard 2 others complain of same problem in their rooms. Elevator was out one morning causing delays. No 'do not disturb signs' for doors in the room so after flying in on a red eye from Hawaii and trying to sleep, Housekeeping woke me up at 9 am asking if I need the room clean. No thank you, I just checked in. Lamp next to bed had short in it, so it would flicker on and off every time I got into bed. February 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Atlanta Downtown- Centennial Park Everything was nice when I got there from the valet parking to the attitudes of the people working in the hotel from the Front desk to the maintenance people. The only thing that I did not like was that the furniture in the room was very old, including the television. I dealt with the furniture but the maintenance person did have to come fix the television. As a whole, I enjoyed my stay. February 3, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and great service! My friend and I traveled to ATL for the Comedy show at the Tabernacle. I was pleased to fine out that the venue was right across the street from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcomed us. We ordered room service and the food was delicious and arrived quickly. I will most likely choose to stay at this location again. January 27, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good except for errors with reservations We made this reservation 10 months in advance. They overbooked and told us the day we were driving down that we would need to be in another hotel for one day and then move over. During this process, they made another error in our reservation. Although we reserved for Thursday-Sunday, they told us on Saturday that we were supposed to check out (there were no other hotel rooms in the area, and they never acknowledged their error). They did work it out, but it was not a smooth visit when it came to the reservation details. January 19, 2016
