As a platinum IHG member, I was given the most basic room without frig, microwave and bath. I had to go back to the front desk to get my upgrade. The worst initial customer service I have ever had at all the IHG hotels i have ever stayed at and I have stayed many. Not how to treat a person who up to now only stay at IHG hotels. I have now booked at other hotels for my next trip.

Traveled fom a different time zone and lobby coffee beats bathroom water coffee. Several mornings waking up before 6:00am, could have enjoyed the coffee at 5:00am.
