这家酒店年头太久，也不维修，最初入住的房间还有很强烈的霉味，电视雪花到了不能看的程度，号称准四星级别，连游泳池都没有。经其经理处理做了免费升级，但是该房间一到半夜就停水，工作人员给的解释是年头太久，螺丝总是松，门童还说有20年的历史了，也不修，跟美国同级别假日酒店相差甚远，钱花的很不值。第一天入住，4点半就让前台叫辆车5点半出门，结果还早下来了，依然没车，门口干脆就没人，后来换班的说可能忘了叫了，很重要的商务约会就这样泡汤了，真的无语了。别说金卡了，我觉得连一个基本的住客的礼遇都很打折扣，唯一特满意的就是何经理真的很努力的帮助我，不过硬件和软件是在都差强人意，需要维护下了。

I haven't stayed in this hotel for several years, and I stayed for 4 days this time. The service of this hotel is good, just like other IHG properties, but the "hardware" is below expectation. In my opinion the 3 most important aspects of a hotel for a person on business trip are: good sleep (a comfortable bed#, good shower #well-equipped bathroom facility# and good breakfast #tasty food). Although the bed and the breakfast were good, the bathroom of my room was not well maintained - the drainage of the shower cubicle was malfunctioning. I requested the housekeeping people to fix it, but unfortunately it was still not functioning well. This may not the problem of the serviceman, perhaps the property is a bit old. I guess I would not recommend my colleagues or friends to stay stay here.

Despise the location which is right in the west part second ring Beijing. It is almost in the heart of Beijing. It is very close to the Beijing West Station. However, most taxi driver do not know about the hotel. Trying to catch a taxi in the morning is almost impossible or you can say a nightmare! You have to get up early to beat the traffic and the rush!

I come here frequently as the hotel provides excellent service.the staff have good English and always helpful. Modern and comfortable rooms.Great beds.
The hotel is an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Beijing. Good neighbourhood with mixture of local and chain restaurants with a supermarket in the nearby dept store,
Subway nearby that provides easy access to Tianamen sq and other major attractions in Beijing.
A great experience from a well priced hotel

Found the hotel to be comfortable and value for money. Staff were very helpful towards us and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Attentive in all aspects of any enquiries we made in respect of how to get to places we wanted to visit, tours we were interested in experiencing and restaurants in the immediate area other than those in the hotel itself.

I have been traveling in China for thirty years and have seen this hotel develop to one that really meets the needs of the foreign traveler. The friendly staff is always ready to help. The hotel has a reasonable exercise room, currency exchange machine and internet to meet your needs. Food is a bit on the expensive side but is good. English and Chinese are the major languages to communicate by in this hotel.

3 mins walk to subway, convenience to travel to CBD area.
only, around the hotel, shops close very early, and no 11/7 kind of shop.
McDonald cross the bridge approx. 15mins walk.

This hotel is what you expect from a Holiday Inn worldwide. I wanted to stay at a hotel where I knew how the standard would be. Friendly staff and a nice hotel. Very convenient as it is located close to a subway station. I definitely would like to stay at this location again on my next visit.
