About 500 meters from Rohrdamm U-Bahn (U7) station. Not far from Berlin Spandau. But certainly far from the center of Berlin and where all the action is. Great location for connectivity to Tegel Airport. A handful of modestly priced restaurants on the main street Nonnendamm which is about a 5-10 minutes walk.
Spacious, and nice work desk.
Bathroom was nice and everything worked fine.
Airconditioning - Even on full blast it was warm at night, so had to open the window.
They had a party going on in the big room downstairs after some type of convention. Loud music until 1:00 am. Totally unacceptable.
Was given a User ID and Password upon checkin. Internet speed is not good. Also, it keeps logging you off the Internet if you dont use it (like on your phone for example).
Did not use the restaurant so no comments on that.
Has a treadmill and a exercise bicycle. Another room on the other side has a Nautilus machine. It is best if you leave this machine alone. I have seen machines in peoples homes that are in better shape.
Great location if you are heading to Tegel Airport. Otherwise, it is too remote to do anything in Berlin city.

Very quick business trip with only two days stay at the property. Everything was up to par that I used (no restaurant usage, no pool, etc). Only two minor issues were the room cleanliness. Everything except the carpet was clean, the carpet was really stained and old and ratty. No big deal, I wore my bathroom flip-flops in the room. Also, the aircon would not turn on and cool. The fan would blow, but no cooling would come out.

Leider überwiegte am Ende das Erlebnis beim Check-Out - 30 Min. Wartezeit an der Reception sind schlicht indiskutabel! Um kurz vor 8:30 stand die halbe Hotelhalle voll und man musste fast 30 Min warten um seine Rechnung zu erhalten und auschecken zu können...So kann man die gesamte zeitliche Planung des Tages gleich vergessen....
Das Servicepersonal dort ist bemüht - aber die Organisationsleistung entbehrt jeder beurteilungsfähigkeit. Vielleicht sieht sich das Management ja einmal bemüßigt den Prozess anzupassen, denn auch in deutlich größeren Hotels mit über 500 Zimmern klappt dies innerhalb von max 5 Min (eigene Erfahrung).
