I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have always enjoyed but the actions of one member of staff towards me in the restaurant has really made me decide never to use this hotel again. I did raise the issue with a duty manager who to be honest was pathetic but then eventually the catering manager came along and restored my faith a little but still leaves me wanting....

Very nice room. TV connection to the cable was loose and had to play with it until a picture could be seen. Restaurant was good, but a bit expensive.. Internet was free as a Priority Club member. I will stay here again.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Zimmer ausreichend groß und modern eingerichtet. Viele TV Sender, tolles Bad. Nicht zu vergessen das sehr gute Frühstück!!!
Lage sehr gut, schnell zu erreichen. Einzig das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist etwas teuer.

we were not told that there was a free bus to and from the airport we luckily found the sign telling us where to go to get it the hotel was excellent but the only disappointment was that the spa was closed

Very nice and clean hotel. Recreation and fitness aerea is excellent and very nicely arranged.

This was my first stay at the Holiday Inn Berlin Airport. It is not particularly convenient to get to downtown Berlin, but as I was on a business trip to a company in Aldershof, it was perfect.
The staff was courteous, recognised my Prioirty Club status and gave my a great room away from the airport side of the building for quietness. It was a bit far from the lifts, but that was a small price to pay for the spaciousness of the room. I do wich they would include irons in te rooms like they dom in the States, but a call to housekeeping delivered said iron in short order.
AS with most German hotels the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of breads, cold cuts, fresh fruit and on and on. No one wold walk away hungry. They even had items for those with Asian tastes for breakfast.
All in all a great experience and one I will repeat when back in this part of the world.

I used the hotel for business use. In Germany, we need the invoice written company name and address.
When I checked in, I asked the reception staff to write the company name and address and then I gave her business card but she forgot.
Therefore I asked again in check out time.
It is disappointing.

a great location, modern, clean hotel with a good restaurant. Took the free shuttle from the airport so very convenient. Wifi a bit expensive but otherwise all goo
