Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by A warm welcome Greeted with a warm welcome. Swimming pool, steam room and sauna a great way to unwind. Friendly staff throughout the entire stay. Clean room although sofa bed was uncomfortable for the kids Kids asked for pancakes at breakfast and machine was broken (create your own pancakes) but chef made them specially. 22. Januar 2015
Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Slow service and food standards On recent stays I have found the room service food either incorrect or just warm at best. I stayed with 2 colleagues and we had to have a table at 7pm or the next tables were after 9pm.... Block bookings for the restaurant happen frequently and the guests who stay on a regular basis are not catered for this is unacceptable.. The food on this visit took nearly an hour to be brought to the table and the restaurant was hardly full at the time. On a morning the 'chefs' struggle to poach an egg.......... On the night the door slamming kept me awake till midnight. A very poor experience for what is supposed to be a good standard reputable brand hotel. The standards need to be raised since the new owners have taken on the franchise or I will be staying else where, I have used this hotel for over 10 years but not for much longer. 16. Januar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Fantastic Staff and very relaxing The Staff are excellent here and should be highly commended for being so. The food has improved greatly and during my 4 night stay my food was excellent. The hotel is relaxing and very clean and really is made a pleasure to stay at by the excellent staff. If I had to single out 1 person it would be Jane, who is always so bubbly and pleasant at breakfast at 6.30am and also the same at 3pm. She really is a total credit to the Hotel. I could not fault anything and would highly recommend this hotel to stay at. 13. Januar 2015

Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by OK for what it was was ok for what we needed which was just to stay somewhere with a pool for the kids to enjoy for new yr. had hope they might of been something on at the bar area for seeing the new yr in rather than paying high prices for private party?? the room was small for us as it was family of 4 and didn't have room for walking around in there due to sofa bed which was also not very comfy for my daughter who was on the end section. also no duvets on that bed either? nice powerful shower which was perfect for me. breakfast over priced so went to harvester for all you can eat £4.99 and only £3.50 kids :) short 5min walk away. 7. Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by comfortable bed but 1 staff member not very honest Hi i am a plantinum menber and stayed at this hotels quite a few times during the last few years. And the experience has been really good, but on this occasion when I was dissapointed with 1 of the staff menbers. When arriving at the hotel and checking in the hotel, I requested a travel cot for the baby, in return I was told by sonia at the reception that you need to request this 24 hours in advance and therefore she will need to discuss with the on duty manager about this. I did tell sonia that i have a 3 months old baby. I then went into the room and the sofa bed was not done. I conacted Sonia from the reception who said she'll get the sofa bed set up. 2 and a half hours later the children were ready for bed and neither the sofa bed was set up or I received a travel cot. I again phoned reception up and after 30 minutres later Sonia came and arranged this. On the second day, Again Sonia was at the reception where my wife asked wheteher she can put some breast milk which is in a bottle in their fridge, Sonia said there is no fridge. A day later we got chatting to another receptionist who confirmed there is a fridge and my wife was allowed to put the breast milk in the fridge, The first batch of milk had gone off as Sonia did not put the milk in the fridge and told us there is no fridge. In summary we were lied to in 2 seperate occasions by Sonia. Overall everything else was very good. 5. Januar 2015
