The Holiday Inn in Birmingham is well located, with friendly staff, large clean rooms and an excellent breakfast.

I stopped here for a number of weeks and overall the experience was good. Rooms clean and comfortable, some better than others but overall good value for money, staff service always excellent. Evening menu is really quite limited and the restaurant menu offers little more than the bar.
Beware the NCP car park and leave absolutely nothing that may be of value to thieves, my car was broken into on my last stay. I think it was for the small change in the centre console but they also took other items in the boot including clothes and a walking stick so clearly some of the beggars in Birmingham will steal anything of any value

My fiance and I stayed at the Holiday Inn on Saturday 04/04 over the Easter weekend. We were attending a music festival in Digbeth nearby, and the Holiday Inn I booked through Late Rooms due to a good price and close proximity to the music venue.
We checked in at approx 2:30-3pm and we found the nearby NCP multi storey car park, although it is hidden in the one-way system... no fault of the hotel it is just down to the location of both the hotel and car park.
Check in at reception was easy and straight forward, the staff were friendly and hospitable.
We were staying on "S" floor which was classed as the second or third floor I believe. Upon entering the room, it was spacious enough, had a nice Samsung Smart TV on the wall, fridge, ironing board, tea
