Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Neat place to stay Arrived to smiling faces at the Front Desk, prompt attention and information needed to make our stay a pleasant one. Although the walk to our room was long, it was a pleasant room with all we needed for our one night stay. The medical discount given by the hotel indicated a caring attitude. There were a few wheel chairs near the front desk. If I may suggest, a few more chairs would be even better due to the distance we needed to travel to our room. Also there were a few places in the hall near the atrium that would allow for the placement of a bench or some chairs, should the walk be too long to navigate for some guests staying due to medical appointments at nearby hospital. All in all it was a pleasant stay and we will be staying at this Holiday Inn a few more times this year. June 13, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not a welcoming feeling. Stay dates 6/7-6/9 2016, as i entered the hotel after a long drive into boston and a long day of meetings i just wanted to get into my room and relax. I believe the location was busy or something had to be going on. I waited 10 minutes behind one couple that had the attention of all 3 people behind the desk. No one recognized that i was waiting. After i waited with a word for the couple to finish i was then taken care of after waiting and not being recognized. I was then notified that the pool was out of order. The room was exactly what i expected for the stay. Later in the evening I purchased a salad with grilled chicken on it for dinner and needed some simple Oil and Vinegar for dressing. I had to go threw two waiters and it still took 10 minutes to get the oil and vinegar. Later that evening around 1020pm i stopped for a drink i was told "i would be better off going down the street for a drink as the bar was closing." I asked when did you close and the latino man (i am also latino and a native spanish speaking) so when he may not have thought i knew what he was mumbling, i did) the bartender was unwelcoming and was recommended to go to another place when all i wanted was one night cap. Over all ok. Not "wow"ed. I am a holiday inn vacation club owner. Not what i expect for my brand loyality. I also did not recieve my points for not having my room cleaned for the 3 days i stayed. I would like to be contacted and would like to recieve my points please. June 10, 2016
