I hate the fact that i cant keep my curtains open because the room faces back out to the atrium and people walk right past the room windows.

The first room I was assigned (a non smoking room) smelled very strongly of smoke. The room I was moved to did not have a functioning HVAC system. It was late by the time I arrived in this room, so I put up with it for the night, although the room temperature was 83. After a note to attempt to correct the issue, while I was away, was ignored, I called the front desk. They sent someone to inspect, who confirmed the system was not working. I moved to now a third room for my two night stay. Very disappointing, as I have stayed in this hotel numerous times. I was not offered a refund, a future free stay or even complimentary meal.

Just wanted you to know that we were so relieved to come back to your Holiday Inn! We have stayed there several times now. Your night staff has been extremely helpful; especially in assisting with my "homework" of faxes which needed to be done.
I don't often have time to do them before our biannual medical visit to Boston. Especially your night staff has been very detailed in making sure everything was done correctly for us. We can no
longer try other hotels as the others have all been inadequate, with less than efficient disability rooms, as well as uninformed staff. Your hotel offers everything. Thank you for your hard work in keeping it running smoothly for us.
