You walk into the lobby and it is like you have stepped into a very high end conference facility. You check yourself in using a really cool high-tech check in and key touch screen. Don't worry, if you cannot remember the reservation number, you can simply type the first three letters of your name and the machine will look it up for you. You get your key and you go to your room to check it out. The elevator and the hallways are quiet, even though you know that others are already enjoying their rooms.
The room layout is similar to other Holiday Inns -- comfortable and familiar. Your television has some 50 channels -- something for everyone. I love news and there were nine (I counted them all) different news sources from around the world to view. I could watch a movie, watch cartoons, and watch native-language shows.
The one thing I would add is the ability for me to "beam" my laptop or tablet to the screen. I would have loved to be able to watch the shows I brought with me over the large television screen in the room.
The Wi-Fi is EXCELLENT and no frills but provide as fast as a signal as possible -- in my room, the lobby area, the restrurant area -- even in the parking lot.
This is the place you want to stay at when in Brussels. I came here on business for the most part, but there is plenty to see and do around town and I was able to do so safely and without a rental car.

Great room, however this feels more like a motel than a hotel. There is no real reception, just an electronic booking in desk, and a junior interim to give out the keys.
No upgrade offered even though I had spire status, no real welcome, and no free water.

The hotel overall is very good, some issue that I encountered:
1. Upon arrival there is no reception only 8 monitors for self check in for there was no help. Only one staff members for +/- 6 guest that wanted to check in. This is not service.
2. The sheets where two days in a row not changed. The bed was made but sheets not changed. The second day I did find the manager and they came to change them, I was not given any price reduction for this inconvenience.

Very friendly and caring staff, always smiling and willing to help. A credit to the hotel.
Food was very quickly served in the new restaurant area close to Reception. Only one downside - the menu has been changed and there is seemingly less choice, but the quality is excellent.
For a hotel close to the airport, I recommend it fully.

The revamped ground floor restaurant and bar has made a real difference to the hotel providing a intimate and relaxed atmosphere to work and/or relax.
The staff are very welcoming as they always have been.
I don't like the self-service checking in/out service as it removes the personal touch but I guess that is progress.
I always try to stay here when visiting Brussels on business.

Very good stay. Wonderful service from the front desk - I had an issue with my company shuttle booking which was quickly fixed. The new restaurant is a big improvement with a wide variety of dishes on offer.
