Hotel was clean (new) and the staff was very courteous. Nice option to stay and park for up to 14 days. One note though, it's hard to find the stay and park option when booking on-line, it takes a little effort to find this option; they need to make it easier. Shuttle every 20 minutes to Midway and the shuttle picked us up right away when we returned from our trip.
I have stayed at other hotels that offer the stay and park and their parking area for long term parking is gated and protected by an 8' tall fence. This facility does not have a gated long term parking area...it's just a large parking lot in and around the hotel but they do have security that continually patrols the area.

The parking is convenient to the airport. We used the park and fly arrangement. It was otherwise like most other holiday inns.

This hotel is clean and modern with very helpful and attentive staff. The airport shuttle is reliable and runs frequently.

I am employed through a small agency and was using the agency credit card and had to have a verification form completed it was faxed to the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel I was told it was not received and the person looked through a few sheets of paper, When I asked the manager was contacted and a binder was produced (the front desk person made no mention of a binder or anything possibly being in the managers office). The fax was "missing" so the form was then emailed back and forth and then the next day again the front desk staff looked at a few random papers on the desk and said they did not receive the email. upon contacting yet another manager the email was found. Not sure who to blame but there is a lack in communication and the front desk staff made no effort to contact management until I asked and they made effort to apologize. Very rude!

I stay at this property quite frequently and many times every week. The staff at the front desk is always welcoming and remembers me each time. Always asking how I've been every time I return.
The rooms are well appointed and have comfortable beds and great showers with plenty of pressure and hot water. That says a lot today. When you travel weekly for work you really appreciate service like this with personal touches like remembering your name as well as a great nights sleep!
This property is also located very close to Midway Airport so it's a quick drive to the rental car facility and hop on the shuttle to the airport all in about 20 minutes in easy traffic.
Thanks everyone at this location for making me feel like I'm a part of your Holiday Inn family.
