Hotel is not right on Cumberland so realize you need to take what looks like a service road to get to it. The parking in front is limited for checking in. The front desk staff was friendly, gracious and informative. It is pet-friendly - which I love. The shuttle to/from the airport was efficient and timely so I chose to turn in my rental car for this option for getting to the airport for a 7:40am flight. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom needs a little updating. Overall my experience was good and I would probably return.

Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 The shuttle bus driver was unprofessional
My family and I stayed this location for one night on March 25, 15. It was arranged by American Airline because of a flight delay. We waited the shuttle outside the terminal 3 around 9:30 that evening. When it came, the driver (white, male, 5'7'', about 50 years old) refused to open the shuttle's back door. Therefore, people couldn't put their luggage in. He yelled that only people without the luggage could get in the shuttle and people with luggage had to wait the next one which was another 30 min wait according to the shuttle schedule. Most of our fellow passengers didn't have a coat and had to wait for next shuttle in a cold and windy night.

The hotel overall needs updating. The plus is property near airport. Excellent Service
