Cannot fault the service on the whole. Rooms could do with being updated.

Service is good but small, irritating attention to detail issues let the score down.
The hotel is looking and feeling tired.
Smokers are seated either side of the front door, so entering the hotel one is forced to wade through unpleasant smoke.

No soap in dispenser in shower/bath is really irritating.
Shower only on one (too) hot setting. Not able to change.
