This is the second time, but not the last time we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Al Barsha. The hotel is a nice hotel, well situated, but so are many hotels in Dubai. What makes it outstanding is the staff. From the minute we parked the car to the minute we left , the customer service was exceptional. We felt really special and it will certainly be our choice to stay in Dubai again. Congratulations to a truly outstanding team

Location beside Mall of Emirates is super great, also very near to Metro station making travel to other locations in the city super smooth
Reception staff are very helpful and really understand the Priority Club idea
If you are looking for a late morning wake-up be aware of two things 1) Curtains are not that blackout model 2) Housekeeping, Laundry guy, minibar guy, etc.. they just keep coming in endlessly, Make sure you have the don't disturb sign on the door before you sleep

I stayed a couple of nights at Holiday Inn, Al Barsha during my business trip. This was my second time in this hotel and I will stay there next time. The service and facilties were great.

Altamente recomendable para una estancia placentera en Dubai.
Bien ubicado cerca del Mall of the Emirates, cerca de la autopista, del metro con conexión al downtown y otras partes de la ciudad y también cerca de Jumeirah.
El personal muy amable y servicial, todos muy atentos y cordiales. Desde el personal de la recepción, como los de limpieza, servicios y seguridad.
Como turistas, el personal del conserje y de turismo nos ayudaron realizando las gestiones para poder realizar actividades en Dubai, sin cuya ayuda nos hubiera resultado más difícil. Nos ayudaron mucho en ese sentido e hicieron nuestra estadía más confortable.
Muy rica la comida y buenos y completos desayunos.
Muy cuidado y limpio el hotel, al igual que las habitaciones muy cómodas.
Sin lugar a dudas, un lugar para volver.

I spent two nights on a business / leisure trip. This was this first time staying in this part of Dubai. Location was conveniently located in walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates as well as the DG Sharaf metro station. Very modern, clean hotel with all the amenities that one would expect for this level of Holiday Inn. I was recognized as a Priority Club member and was treated to a very nice fruit basket. The room was comfortable and sound proofing from the outside traffic was good, but the sound proofing from the on-site night club was not so good. I could hear the thumping of the night club well into the wee hours of the morning. This is OK, because it apparently has a very nice club, but it's not for everyone.

I stayed at the hotel with my family for over a week and I must say the hotel staff were very friendly and always helpful.
The room was of decent size and the cleaniness was imaculate.
The hotel is close to Mall of Emirates and this was one of the reason why I stayed here.
