Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Room & Staff service This hotel is dated and although I was greeted by a friendly staff member during check in I found the rest of the stay ordinary at best. Firstly no hot water for the shower , late night noise from the nearby nightclub and finally the insistence by the desk clerk basically continually asking me to answer survey questions at 6am in the morning while trying to check out. I hope the other IHG hotels in Dubai have rooms available for my next business visit. 19. Mai 2014
Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 Poor Service We are very much un satisfied with this stay at Hotel Holliday inn Bur Dubai. staff have no manner to talk with guest of hotel. We had faced problem on breakfast everyday but no one answerable on the ground on the time when we talk they shouted on us!!! Very sorry to say not a way of talking at all. 15. Mai 2014

Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Large and clean rooms Very good hotel, large and very clean rooms, good location as it is close to Burjman Metro station which allows for easy access to most of Dubai places. Very helpful staff, I mention in particular Narayah and Eleana for their nice and warm reception. There is a large variety of food in the breakfast and the lunch, but the food quality is average. 29. Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Great stay Stayed there for a couple of night in April, and everything was great. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. As IHG members, we had breakfast in a separate lounge, and the offering was very good, and we were offered 15% off any orders. Anything we needed was just a phone call away. Truly an under rated hotel in Dubai catering to all nationalities. The best value for the money, safe and truly will make you feel at home. The gym and spa was excellent. Rooms very clean. Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Good value hotel This was a good value hotel, but more could be done to make your stay more exciting for such a large hotel. The room was clean but the bathroom smelt of the cleaners armpits. I had to open the window and get someone in to clean it again. The hotel had three clubs. I checked out two which looked nicely laid out but nobody in them except dubious old men smoking so much that you could only have one drink. there was nowhere else in the hotel to relax except in the entrance lobby or your room. I actually got shunted from my seat in one club because it was in use by obviously a regular punter who wasn't around for 20 minutes. the counter staff weren't able to give any advice of nearby clubs or what to do, except point you to the hotels smokey old mans bar. I didn't try the food, but they offered a complimentary breakfast which was ok. However, its a good value hotel and close to the train that goes straight to Dubai mall. So a great place if you're not relying on the hotel to entertain you. 11. April 2014
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Best in Bur Duubai we stayed here for a week and I can say it was the best holiday ever!!! Hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and food is very good, we planned to eat out most nights but food was so good we ended up eating here most nights. There is a pub where we went every night and a nightclub which we never went to but we never heard any music from it and we were on the first floor. The bed was so comfortable and I had the best sleep ever when being abroad. Usually they are too hard for me. Being a member of HI we were given 15% of everything which was really nice and saved a few bob. Pool on roof was so relaxing with some background music, free towels and a bar. We never used the gym but had a look and there is everything you will need there. The best thing here for us was the wonderful STAFF the best ever!!! Thank you everyone for making our stay so special and I am planning to return October 2015 to do it all again. 4. April 2014
Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Average Hotel with Loud Nightclub Music All the staff of this hotel are very friendly (except one guy in the reception), helpful and welcoming. The room I was given was very big but it has a very small window which I didn't like. I also had the impression that the room was empty because only basic furniture was their. For the breakfast, I liked that they dedicated the bar area for IHG members but the food variety and quality were little below average. My main problem was the loud music coming from the night club. It made my sleep horrible. I complained twice and I was told that something will be done about it but nothing happened. During my check out, I was asked about my stay and told them about the night club loud music and the hotel manager came to sincerely apologies. It was nice act from him but I think it was too late. 30. März 2014
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Wonderful Welcome, Great Location I recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at this hotel and cannot fault it on any level. From when i arrived every member of staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room was great and very comfortable, just what we needed after a long flight. It is a great location for sightseeing in Dubai as it is on a junction to both metro lines, Bur Juman, and only 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It is also only 10 minutes walk from the Creek where we took an evening Dinner Cruise. It is walkable to the Dubai Museum and Souqs and boats to cross the Creek. I had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Rose U.K. 27. März 2014
Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Noisy I had a quick one-night in this hotel as I had business meetings in Karama district. I was greeted as an Elite member, and was upgraded to a suite with a fruit basket. Both day and night staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All of them showed a high level of hospitality and attentiveness. The breakfast was very good, yet too crowded. I couldn't sleep well at night due to high level of noise reaching to my room number 250 from the night club, I guess. I didn't report the issue as I didn't expect they will close the night club for me and I was so tired to change the room. At early morning, I was annoyed by a nearby huge construction work outside the hotel, that is beyond their control. Overall, the hotel was very good and met my expectations from any standard Holiday Inn hotel with extraordinary friendly staff. 24. März 2014

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Worth Staying The property is a large one , with good rooms and location at Burjuman Station , Very Convinient location. Staff is good but the last time I checked in the co ordination between the sales and the front office was not there. The payments were made by my office earlier and this was not updated at the counter when I checked in late at night. Of cource the advantage was the IHG membership which ensured the room blockages. 10. März 2014

They greet you by name and make you feel like part of their hotel family. No need to mention anyone by name, they are all great management has done a great job training the staff to ensure you will enjoy your stay. Believe me it shows and the customer service will keep you coming back, as it has me. Oh, the internet is very fast also. After that, I complained about this, then they apolozied me very politely, and they served the best service to me when I stayed there. Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Kids loved it I have stayed at Holiday Inn Bur Dubai for business previously and it was great - really convenient location for Metro. This time we had a few days holiday with the kids and they thought it was fantastic. They loved the pool and liked the freedom of the buffet food which they ate lots of. All of the staff were so friendly to them, and we had no qualms letting them sort themselves out. Just around the corner are the souks, the creek and the cultural quarter so plenty to keep everyone interested. All of the staff are so helpful, definately worth staying there. 26. Februar 2014

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Asst. Front Office Manager can make a difference This is the first time I stay in this hotel. I wanted to try it for one night and see how does it stand. Connecting to hotel WiFi was a problem as it asks you too many details on the payment plan ...etc, Even though, it was free. Another problem when I asked for the bell man during checking out as it took him about 20 minutes. To be frank, I was not happy and complained both times to the front desk. Lucky I was that I talked to the same Asst. Front Office Manager both times, One in the evening and second in the morning as if he sleeps there. He was so nice and keen to find quick solution to any problem. I was impressed on how pleasant and sincere he was. He added 10.000 points just to make sure that I will return again to the hotel. For this person only, I will return again and try the hotel once more. Who said one person can not make a difference!!! 15. Februar 2014
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Fantastic service and great value I stayed here on a business and holiday trip with my family, our request for connecting rooms was met even though the hotel was clearly quite full. All the staff were excellent and gave some of the best service I have ever experienced (I stay in a lot of hotels). Allan at breakfast was especially brilliant and I will be staying there again in place of the Crowne Plaza where I have stayed previously. In the UK holiday inns are often functional,for somewhere to sleep, it's clear in this hotel that they really do value their guests and strive to make their stays very enjoyable. 14. Februar 2014

I have travelled across the world and have never seen a hotel room like this...The smoke enters into the room at night and gets filled. I requested for a non smoking room and was told that its a non smoking one. I could hear loud music till 2am and the had to deal with the smell and smoke till 5 am. Informed the front desk with no use. I don't recommend this hotel. 8. Februar 2014
