Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable bed - not so great restaurant service
I have just spent a week here on business. The conference facilities were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable (biscuits would have been nice with the tea and coffee), the food would have been very good, however it took a while to be served and for the food to be delivered so did sometimes arrive cold.

On checking into the hotel I was asked to produce my credit card for verification. As the card could not be swiped by the receptionist on her first attempt the young lady said to me 'This system is a pain up the bum'. What sort of language is that to use in any sort of business?. Every second word she used was 'Okey-dokey'.
On arriving in the room we found the dustbins from the previous occupant had not been emptied and a white towel was smeared in make-up. On complaning about this we were upgraded to an executive room, which was very acceptable.The wi-fi code we were given over the house telephone did not work. A lady then came up to our room to sort this out.
As there was a wedding party going on that evening there were running, screaming children all over the lobby and bar area so it was impossible to order any food so we ended up going out into Chandlers Ford for a meal. Will never return to this hotel again.
