Think I've gained 1/2 stone from all the breakfast choice. Will definitely be returning. Without rambling on, highly recommended. May 20, 2015

Hotel management should consider of providing a timed-daily shuttle service, between hotel and Liverpool City Mall in allowing guest to have more mobility.. May 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nothing was too much trouble for the staff I was staying in the hotel for business conference purposes. The staff could not have been more helpful. From arrival, the receptionist was super helpful and made me feel very welcome. During the conference the next day, all staff were efficient and helpful and any requests we made, they happily attended to. They could not have done any more to make the event run smoothly and keep all 100 people happy. May 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Welcoming As a solo female traveller, some hotels can feel very impersonal but not the Holiday Inn at Ellesmere Port. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The food is good and the setting is hard to beat. Always a pleasure to stay there. May 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Stay we stayed here for parents anniversary - we visited Cheshire Oaks, Blue Planet and the National Waterways Museum. The hotel is friendly and the rooms were nice. They made a mistake and made a spare bed up in our room - they though in both rooms all 4 of us were sharing one room! So we ended up getting charged extra! But we got it sorted in the end. The hotel was nice. We went for a swim. The pool and gym areas are very small but adequate for what we wanted. The evening meal was lovely. The staff really friendly. The breakfast wasn't as good. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Night's sleep I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was my first time there, and I must admit that I thought my satnav was trying to take me the wrong way, but after actually following the satnav's instructions and the road signs I found it. A very quiet location, exactly what I wanted. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up! In the morning a hot breakfast was served, buffet style and I was offered plenty of tea or coffee. I was dealt with quickly at reception on arrival and departure. It is only 1 junction away from the outlet stores (of course I stopped there on the way) This hotel gets 5 out of 5 from me!! May 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great 2 night stay Stayed for 2 nights using reward points, On arrival we were greeted with a friendly smile and welcomed to the hotel. We were warned that the hotel would be very busy the following day as there were 4 separate events taking place, however; we were told that this would not affect our stay. On Saturday we were late down for breakfast and they were clearing everything away but were asked if we needed anything cooking fresh, but decided toast & cereals would suffice. We went out for the day and when we arrived back at the hotel there was mayhem in reception with children running around, playing in the lifts and corridors. The receptionist called me over and said don't worry this is being sorted as we speak and within 10 minutes the general manager had spoken to the children's parents and told them the behaviour was unacceptable and if there were any more occurrences they would be asked to leave the hotel. Breakfast the following day was superb and a great end to the stay. All the staff from front of house to housekeeping are Ambassadors for the Hotel and we are already planning our next visit.
