Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Not feeling like a holiday at the Holiday Inn
If there were other options I would not stay here. It did not feel clean and I did not want to touch anything. It is old and needs to be fixed up and repaired.

When flying out of Fresno Airport, I always have an early (0600) flight. This hotel could not be in a more convenient location - directly across the street from the airport. Also, the restaurant inside the hotel is convenient, fairly-priced, and has a friendly staff.
If you get a room in the detached building, make an attempt to get a room in the main building.
Also, no elevators. However, it's only a two-floor hotel.

Food and accommodations were not as good as previously experienced. Staff did what they could to correct issues with rooms and meals, but most members of our party were inconvenienced. However, we have been coming here for 9 years and plan to stay here next year.

Use the services provided. They close down items that you expect to find (restaurant)and replace them with a cheap idea. If the Inn closes a service, it needs to think first about its location for service that they do not offer, or take down signs that give hours of operation, but don, adhere to them. Other than that, the rest of the stay was the best......

this place is old, it only took me a second try on a room to get bedding not gross looking. the bartender was horrible. she must of wore blinders or cant handle pressure. my empty beer glss sat in front of her for 5-6 trips that she walked by me. yeah i could of threw something at her to get her attention but why, thats her job to check on everyone. i stay in Holiday inn jusy about every week of the year and this is one of the wrost, check in staff was great. i was not the only one at the bar complaining. someone next to me ordered fish tacos and they thought hey probably went to long john silvers to get it took so long. my meal took for ever also. the two night i sat at the bar and ate i specifically asked does the sandwich have mayonaise, the answer was no. what was in the sandwich when i got it. yes correct mayonaise, and i did order the same sandwich both nights with same bartender/ the third night SAME thing with different bartender. HELLOOOOO does no one not know what is going on ...........

Walking distance to airport. Rooms, etc clean and comfortable. Strange experience: Breakfast buffet was fairly good, about what you'd expect for free at a Holiday Inn Express, but was unable to order off of the menu because "the cook just left".

not exactly what I expected for a Holiday Inn brand. I think this hotel is as old as the airport is.
