Hotel from walking the door was simply brilliant. Customer services was 110%. I just could not wait to have breakfast on our last day. A lady we got to know on the catering staff was simply fantastic. She was around just before we left also when we were singing her praises to the management of the hotel. All staff were simply really pleasant. There is not enough good customer service in places nowadays. Working in retail and having to do customer service for a living it is nice to stay somewhere that I don't have to go home and start writing e mails about bad service.
Good work guys cant wait to stop here again

The staff is friendly, check in was perfect! Overall OK, however there are a few points worth mentioning. The room was never vacumed during the whole stay (my wife was in the room everyday for 15 days straight). The internet is for free but very very slow. We had dinner on 4 occasions in the restaurant. On all bills I was offered the opportunity to add a gratuity, which I did. Not knowing that a hidden 10% service charge was already added to the bill.... So I ended up giving a 25% ish tip. On one occasion we had ordered the special of the week. But the price on the bill was wrong (more than the advertised menu price) for both dishes. The excuse that we got was that the prices in the computer had not been updated. The bill was corrected after I asked for it. Upon checkout we found out about the service charge and extra tip. The receptionist deleted the service charge from the final hotel bill. I know that we will get the standard responce from the manager, thanking us for the stay, hope to see you back and we will instruct our personnel and pay close attention etc. However, this complaint has been made by previous guests and is apparantly still not fixed (despite the instructions).
