Nothing at all to complain about except the smoking area decking wasn't as pleasant place to be as the rest of the hotel. Lots of bushes which attracted flies.

There are always those little things that you look for in a hotel - and when you are away from home comfort is paramount because you are in a "strange environment". Crystal working on reception was a gem with a smashing welcome and helped us book a good time to eat between coach parties, brilliant. The room was a little hot and the air conditioning wasn't very responsive so Crystal said - "Call anytime day or night and we'll get you some fans or whatever is needed" to deal with improving the experience. The Rewards Club discount for eating in the restaurant was a recent addition so using that on the set menu needed to be explained - and staff responded again really well. I must say it was not a "large" executive double room but it had all the facilities including a well stocked mini bar. We shall certainly consider returning to use the lovely swimming pool and hot tub when our schedule permits. Well done.
