I liked the water pressure and the shower head. The staff was very nice. I don't like the pillows there. The comparable rival hotel uses extremely comfortable pillows and I wish IHG would upgrade their pillows. I would stay at more IHG hotels if they had better pillows.

My experience here was great I can't wait until the next time I go back. The beds are very comfortable, the room and bathrooms were very clean. Also I enjoyed the happy hour at the bar the drinks were delicious and the server was very friendly.

The GEM air conditioning system prevents the air from running all day. So when you return to the room, the rooms is hot and damp feeling, and the air conditioner takes several hours to cool things down, often it doesn't get the room cool.
All my clothes and personal items became 'damp' feeling during the day while the AC was not running.
Normally this is a good / acceptable property, but the standard and king rooms are starting to have problems with the air conditioning.
