We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable and a lovely view on the harbour. Delicious breakfast buffet!

i felt the hotel hasn't been the best maintained. The room's door closer was broke. The room too warm at night. Great location at edge of North Sea and near restaurants. Difficult to fine since address didn't come up on maps.

We booked last week a room in your hotel. In our booking we asked for a room with port view on an upper floor.
Usually, as gold member of your priority club, you do your best but this time, we received a room at the end of the first floor corridor with a very small balcony and no fridge.
We arrived at 9 for the breakfast and it was no more scrambled eggs, no more bacon and even no toast bread ...
When we asked for a hot chocolate, the answer has been that it was not included and cost 2.5€. I went to the supermarket to buy my own ...
I don't speak about the extra cost for the parking and the internet acess.
Really the worse holiday in in all my stays.
You have probably one of the best location and the worst service. Unfortunately I will never come back ...

The Hotel is Comfortable and next to a Nice Marina with some Restaurants near by otherwise Very Remote.
Disappointed as a Platinum Ambassador to be giving the Superior Room as ordered at the back of the Hotel facing San dunes and a Racing Event over the weekend in the Car Park.
We would have expected to have received a Superior room facing the Marina and Sea.
Furthermore I was amazed that we were charged €7 plus tax to park at a Hotel which is miles from anywhere especially as a Platinum Ambassador.
Did not even get Milk with the Complementary Beverages.
The Local Restaurants Saved the Stay from being one of our worse Stays.

The room was small for the price we payed. It was clean.
The bar closed at 23.00 pm. The food was bad just like the service from the waitresses.
Not a pleasent visit.

We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this hotel very much. Great view at the harbour and sea, Just a short distance to the beach for a nice walk. Sauna and turkish steambath,
Pure relaxation.

A very bad experience and also the last time!
* food was normal
* restaurant staff was standing alone at eve and didn't know how the cash worked/how to make a hotchoc/didn't know where the beer was and didn't do anything to call a college (and making excuses for it)
* sauna & turkish steam wasn't what we paid
* wifi wasn't for free
* parking in the winter season was good but also not for free
* TV only 1,2,3, and channel 4 the others wasn't there or you had to pay for it. A movie (old ones) you have to pay 7,50 euro for it! (for that kind of money you see it with good quality sound and video in a movie theater!!!!)
Sorry but if you are looking for a nice evening you will not get it here. Unless you need something to stay for the night and than I would still thing about to drive further
