We were here for our niece's wedding. Had a wonderful time, your facility is very well kept, very clean, we loved the pool and the area around the band & stage. We used the Johnny Guana restaurant for breakfast only, the food was ok, a little high priced.

I loved this Holiday Inn Property. Due to a conference, we stayed on the first floor that did not face the Marina. However it was still beautiful and pleasant. The pools were wonderful There is a larger pool with a waterfalls and little slide for babies. It was warm and lovely. There is another pool that has a hot tub that fewer children use. The room was lovely. The staff were professional and helpful. The walkway in the hotel has a little putt-putt course. The hotel is situated by the Marina if you love boats. I love boats. You can rent a boat right from the property. The restaurant on the deck features nightly music. It was such a wonderful place. I would definitely recommend it and go back again.

Great place, suites are very large and clean, staff was great from checking in all the way till we checked out. Pool was great for the kids and they loved the minature golf. Beach is a couple blocks but being right on the marina with all the boats was very cool, we even rented a boat right at the hotel!!!! They had a band playing every night, lots of people having fun.

The place had a nice feel to it, with large spacious rooms (we had a suite with kitchen) and a miniature golf course in the middle. We did not go to the pool, but it was very large and had a cute pirate ship for the kids. We did not eat at the restaurant, but there was live music playing and the bar was busy until late in the night. The "supply store" wasn't really much of a store- just souvenirs mostly, even though it advertised drinks and groceries- the only place to get food was the restaurant and drinks from the bar or vending machines. They do rent boats onsite also. Overall the place had a nice tropical feel to it and was a perfect getaway place.

We had a reception here and were very pleased.
The staff was helpful to our needs, there was an issue with the AC, and they got someone on it right away to get it fixed.
The rooms were nice and clean. The location and layout is pretty.
I liked that you could have a party, go to the outside bar for drinks and music, not have to drive to your room, just a short walk from the beach, and breakfast in the AM, all in one spot.
I was very happy we chose this place.

We flew into orlando and took our time driving down to Indian Rocks knowing our room was alreay reserved. Upon arriving around 715pm, we went to the front desk to check in. We were greeted warmly and with smiles. We were told the hotel was completely booked and they had our reservation but they were told to give me what is available. We booked a king size room and were given a 1200 sq ft villa with king size bed, full kitchen, dining room, living room, jacuzzi tub and private patio. We were blown away by this room and the customer service given too us. We have never had this happen to us and we have never been treated so kindly at a hotel. It was my boyfriends first trip to florida and it is one he will never forget. Thanks for making it even better!

The service was great, the room was beautiful and clean, the bed was comfortable and the view of the marina was wonderful. The bar and restaurant were very convenient and the shrimp by the pound was one of our favorite treats. Walking distance to the beach was very nice. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and are already trying to figure out when we can go back.
