I stay here regularly and the hotel whilst a touch dated and needing a little refreshing in places gives decent value for money. The staff are great, recognise your needs and are onto everything. The last time I stayed the heating had broken, they had in room heater which were already keeping the room warm and they showed you how to use the heaters.
All in all a really decent hotel with an exceptional staff.

No heating and none available until the new year so what was wrong with telling me before I checked in or even when I checked in? I got an offer of a heater for the bedroom but nothing to warm the bathroom and had to ask for two extra blankets as it was bitter.i have stayed here several times as it is close to my family but am disgusted with the lack of any offers of reimbursement as I had prepaid or come back next time and have a free night. All I got was a sorry there is nothing we can do. The head office gave me some more reward points but the local hotel manager was not to be seen. They have another hotel on the other side of town so could have easily offered a transfer or a refund as Other hotels had rooms. I do hope that they will get in contact with me with some offer to make me feel better about this chain!
