We serve breakfast and dinner in our on-site "Kem's Restaurant" or you can enjoy room service from the comfort of your room during hours when the restaurant is open. There are also more than 15 great restaurants such as Outback Steakhouse, Sticky Fingers and Carrabba's within a one mile drive from the hotel. All our rooms have a microwave and refrigerator. We off free wired and wireless Internet access.

Our conference and banquet space for meetings and social functions is the largest in our area. The 4,000 sq. ft. meeting facility is located on the ground floor and can serve from 25 to 300 banquet style or up to 400 theatre style.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service, underperforming maintenance staff. My family (wife and 2 boys, age 3 and 5) and I had a brief overnight stay here. The Florida weather was a tad on the cool side (low 70s), but we're from Michigan and wanted to swim anyway. We chose this particular hotel specifically because it had a hot tub, and my wife and I figured we could at least do that if needed. The first problem when we arrived was that we couldn't find the towels for the pool. But the man at the front desk told me where they were and asked me to let him know if they were out. I returned saying, "I just took the last two towels, but we will need 2 more by the time we get out." Even though he said okay, the other two towels never showed up on the rack. The pool itself was freezing, but my wife and boys braved it for a few minutes, looking forward to a warm-up in the spa. We turned on the bubbles and slipped in, only to find that the spa water--although slightly warmer than the pool--was still colder than the outside air. I went inside to ask the front desk to turn up the heat and was told that only the manager or the maintenance staff could do so, and they were both gone for the day (It was only 5:30pm--a time when a lot of people check in--so that seems like poor management to me, but maybe it's normal). I asked if we could have the heat turned on in the spa for the next morning so we could maybe have fun Before we checked out, and the front desk staff said he would leave a note for the morning team. We finished out our time playing in the cool water of the spa since it was more tolerable than the pool, dried off the whole family with our 2 dinky pool towels (since the others never showed up), and dripped our way back to the room, promising our boys that they could have a bath to warm up. But, par for the course, the plug in the bathtub was broken and wouldn't go in. We ended up having to plug the tub with a washcloth and keep refilling as the water slowly drained. At breakfast the next morning, the staff was grumpy, and there was no orange juice (which seemed surprising, this being Florida and all. The only people truly disappointed were my kids who have grown to expect OJ because it has been at every other Holiday Inn we've ever visited). I figured I better test the spa to see if they turned up the temperature yet, and they hadn't. I asked the front desk if it could be done, and the guy took me outside to show me how to turn on the jets. "No, not the jets," I said, "the heat. The staff last night said he would leave a note for you for the morning." He didn't know anything about it and said he'd let the maintenance staff know. We didn't go swimming, but it's just as well because there were still no pool towels on the rack. On the bright side, the room was clean. February 7, 2016
