Was greeted at the check-in with a double booking which I did not make.
When I inquired about this I was told that this is what the system told them. When later I presented the front-desk staff with my reservation I never got the impression that this was something important for them.
To add salt to an open wound, my booking for 2 weeks later had also been doubled in their system.
It would be nice if a customer is treated like a customer, not a person who can be "chatted" away by standard answers. It is not the first time that I get the impression that staff don't listen to customer problems, instead they are more focused in giving standard answers learned at trainings... disappointing..

Way too expensive for the facilities provided. It was probably an expensive time of the year. The 'shuttle' service that is talked about is a joke. 'Last shuttle' at 9 in the morning? The dinner and breakfast buffets were just about edible and massively overpriced. I am a person who dislikes McDonalds and haven't eaten at one for over 3 years but I shot across to one on the second morning instead of the buffet!
