Arrived to friendly staff who recognised me as Priority Club Member, asked what welcome award I would like and then promptly forgot to add the points to my account. I had to chase it through priority club a week later and got the points due to me. Unfortunately although I was recognised as a Priority Club Platinum Member, there was no upgrade to an Executive room, which was a bit disappointing at the time. However when I got to my allocated room I found it absolutely fine. It looked to be recently updated, had a lovely comfortable bed and looked over the City but was really quiet.
I had my evening meal in the Hotel and I have to say it was excellent, the look and feel of the different parts of the restaurant works really well, I parked myself in the old pub part and had a really enjoyable meal, very tasty indeed!
I would highly recommend this Hotel for its convenience to Station, Car Park, City Centre, for the friendly staff and very tasty food, as not only was my Evening Meal spot on, Breakfast was too.

Proved to be ideal for our purpose of visiting museums, art galleries and wonderful architecture plus the nostalgia element of visiting the home of the Beatles.
Accessibility to Lime Street Station made trips to Crosby, Southport and Port Sunlight very simple.
Staff lived up to the reputation of the Liverpool people for warmth and friendliness.

The hotel has recently been given an overhaul and this is evident from my previous stay. The hotel is fresh, clean and inviting.
The check in staff were friendly and helpful and the room was well appointed and of a very good quality.
Breakfast was excellent and had a large selection of items, which were frequently refreshed.
