The breakfast buffet alone is worth staying at this Holiday Inn! Hot fresh every time we went there whether it was 6:30am or 10:30am and it was never low on anything! Just fabulous. The service provided by the staff in every area of the hotel was also amazing. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Sutton.

The stand-out feature is the leisure provision - swimming pool, sauna, steam and work out room, all of high standard and spotlessly clean. This was way ahead of what I expected. The rest is your standard Holiday Inn, and none the worse for that.

I stay at a lot of hotels, mainly IHG Group, although others too, which helps me draw comparisons. The Holiday Inn in Sutton is one of my more regular hotels and I am always impressed by the friendliness of the staff on Reception, in the Bar and Restaurant and also at breakfast time - they always seem cheerful and willing to help - in a genuine way, not just 'Have a nice day'! The General Manager is frequently visible too, showing he is a hands-on person, which is always good to see. Food is similar to other Holiday Inns - of a good quality and nicely presented, although not too adventurous, which suits me after a day's work. The rooms at this hotel are of a good standard throughout and, unlike some other Holiday Inns, this one always seems to offer the promised room upgrade to Priority Club members whenever it is available. I stay at the Holiday Inn in Sutton 2 or 3 times each month and, overall, find it a great place to stay and excellent value.

We stayed on the night before the London Marathon in which my wife was taking part. Yet again the whole experience was a great way to relax the night before the event. We didn't need to worry about transport to the start, as we had seats on the coach and relaxing in the pool,sauna and steam room was fantastic. The only disappointment was the Pasta Buffet. When we stayed with the marathon package a couple of years before there was a fixed high carb menu for the marathon package which was a limited choice but very nice and I am sure included starter and dessert. However this year it was a buffet where the pasta sauces were a bit runny and not very appetising and the bolognese sauce ran out before we got to it and wasn't replaced. The pasta kept running out and took an age to be replaced. We purchased a separate starter as this wasn't on offer and there was no dessert either. I will definitely use this hotel for the marathon next year as it takes as much stress away as possible but we were a little disappointed with the food on this occasion.

I was staying for 2 nights as my son was getting married nearby.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to shops etc. very clean all over. Good choice of food at breakfast and lovely staff.

We stayed at the Sutton Holiday Inn for the first time last weekend. The staff are wonderful, the food is good and the atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
