This property is a great safe location. we enjoyed our week there.
We can travel the greater west side of L.A. from the hotel.
It has all the services we needed. Plenty of secure parking for $15.00 a night.
The rooms were clean and has a great maid staff.
The staff was friendly and attentive.
We enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel was great and an ideal location to LAX, However, the hotel restaurant was less than enjoyable. Service was slow and the food was not well prepared. The beer was warm. Would not recommend eating they again.

If one needs to stay near LAX good choice.
Friendly staff......great bed and bedding....frequent shuttle to LAX.
Benefits for Priority Club included room upgrade, free dringk voucher, water and snacks.

It is comfortable stay at your hotel. One concern I have was priolity points adding to my account was not happen even more than one week passed. I alredy submitted missing points form.

I was not greeted as a platinum member at check in. However when I had an issue with my room, the team responded. They were not going to be happy until they were 100% sure, I was happy. Great job correcting what could only be described as a unexpected human error. As humans we all make mistakes. Its how you respond to the mistake that makes the difference.

I have been to many Holiday Inn hotels throughout the USA and this is the first one I've been to that I wouldn't recommend. I was about to take a shower when I noticed there were no full size towels in my room. After going back to reception to request some full size towels and being told some would be sent up immediately I went back to my room to patiently wait for the towels, they never showed. So I called the front desk twice and they still didn't show up with any towels. Four hours latter I gave up on the towels and skipped the shower. I can't believe the incompetence of the cleaning staff and the front desk staff - I will never stay at LAX Holiday Inn again.

we had a great time, our only concern is having to walk in traffic to Mc donalds. My husband is handicap and it should be a walkway to the resturant, being so close to the property.

very nice hotel. it has a mcdonalds near from the looby.
also it has a small pool and very good beds. very close from LAX.
