check in 时所订房型满房，且效率较慢，前台没有升级其他房型，只是给了一间标间，第二天才给换了间房。

As a gold elite member, I have encountered numerous upsetting events during my stay.
I queue up along the member's line so as to fix my room key problem. I was asked why I was there and then directed to another line that was handling casino's guests. I line up there for quite some time and figured out that the member's counter are handling normal guests. I talked to the guy who directed me to the other line and he said that I was in a member only line and I should not be there, without checking whether or not I am a member. I was then re-directed to the member's counter and the girl there instructed me that I should have gone to them in the first place.... Did I not? I was never asked whether I am a member before I was re-directed. One could at least ask before re-directing a guest away from there....
The same thing happened again two days later when I attempted to check out. I was told that I need to line up at the normal line. This time I told the girl that I am a member, and I asked her why she did even make an attempt to check if I am a member before re-directing me away? Her answer was so many customers came to the wrong place... so she automatically treated that I came to the wrong place... This is the way this hotel would treat its member?
I also found that after my first night, all the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner in my room had gone. The ones that were in my room had been removed but there were no replacement. I only discovered that after I started my shower... no shampoo, no bath gel..... I called up but have to wait for 20 mins until someone send me the replacement. What a service?

Very good in Customer Service, Rooms are clean and tidy, I will stay the same hotel on my next trip to Macau soon.

Room is bigger and breakfast is great.
My whole family love to stay in this hotel with wonderful experience. There are many hotels in Macau and i would like recommend you to try this hotel.
