Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by World's Worst Holiday Inn This was the worst Holiday Inn we've ever stayed in. The rooms were heated to 24.5 C which is something like 76.5 F. When we opened the windows the people downstairs had their window open smoking and our room filed with smoke. There was a shuttle that took us on a ten minute ride, but we were not told the cost was 8 Euros ($12) a piece for my wife and I.... so it was $24 on the hotel's schedule for a cab ride that costs $10. Plus, the place was genuinely filthy. The hall carpets were downright crummy... the staff was rude to guests on several occasions that I witnessed... especially this one Mafia looking guy... the beds were like cots... believe me... you don't want to stay here... 11. Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Excellent Location for a Quick Visit to Venice This hotel is very conveniently located for people planning on one or two days of stay in Venice. There is an excellent and well organized shuttle service from the hotel to enable those visiting venice to do so bz foot from the drop-off point. The shuttle cost is most reasonable. The hotel itself has an excellent staff who are friendly, reliable, hospitable and helpful. Thanks to them, we had a great stay! 4. November 2013
Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Bad choice Very bad customer service,free Internet a joke could not connect, many customers also complaint, and front desk could care less.We arrived around 12:30 pm and no restaurant open till 7:00 pm and no restaurant with in walking distance need to take a cab..Would not recommend . 3. Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Room Already Occupied...Altercation This was my second stay at this property. I noticed during my first stay that the front desk attendant was a bit short with guests and just thought that he was having a bad day. Well it happened again on my second stay and this time I was his target. I simply smiled and walked away with my room key. Once I got to my floor I went to my room, slid the key in and opened the door only to be met by a man and his wife who were not very happy to see me. They started yelling at me and my colleague as they were visibly upset. I was pushed out of their room quickly and then went down to the front desk again to sort out my issue. Once I explained the issue to the miserable attendant, he simply looked at me and said "Sorry". I asked him what he was going to do to compensate both of us, but he said nothing. As for the bar attendant, she runs around doing other tasks and leaves the bar unattended. I waited 15 minutes for her to return and finally got fed up and poured my own pint of beer. Sure enough she returns and catches me pouring the beer and begins to scold me like a child. I fully intended to pay for the beer but I could not wait any longer. I do not like this place. I called Priority Club when I returned back to Canada, looking for compensation for my issues. I expected a serious points compensation but was given 5000 points for my problems, not even enough for a free room at a low end property. I am Priority Platinum and have been for the last 3 years and also an Embassador Club Member for Intercontinental properties. If I get treated like this, I can't imagine how an average customer would be treated. Stay far away from this property. 2. Oktober 2013

Although the hotel is not in Venice Center, the shuttle makes it easy to explore Venice and the surrounding areas. Salute to everyone 22. September 2013
Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Bad services and poor location 1. The hotel is far from the bus station! We have to walk around 15-20 mins to reach the bus stop. And it is quite scary to walk alone from the bus station to hotel at night as there are no one on the street ! 2. There are always no one stand by at the front desk. I have to call them several times only the staff came out from the office. And there are 2 ladies ,there services are bad,not friendly and do not provide me enough information of the way to the island ! 3. My stay is come with breakfast but the staff insist that breakfast is not included ! I have to show them my confirmation email to confirm that breakfast is included ! 4. Breakfast comes with a little variety of food 5. No coffee machine is provided 6. Limited wifi is given 18. September 2013
