This hotel came highly recommended by our travel agent. We were staying overnight before our Disney Cruise. I can just tell you this was one of the worst experiences I have had and we stay at holiday Inn's very often. First the cost was a bit high, but we knew that for the area this was the best we can get. I do have to say that this hotel was a great location across from shopping and the ocean. But that was the only thing that was great. Upon check in we requested that we have joining room since there were 7 of us in our 2 room party. We were told that this would not be a problem.
SInce we arrived very early, our luggage was taken to a secure location while we could walk around the city. We were told we were not able to use the pool and the hotel restaurant was not yet open. At 3 pm, only one of our rooms was ready and at this point we were told that we did not have joining rooms. The person I spoke with told me that there was absolutely nothing they could do for us and unfortunately they could not meet our request. Additionally our second room was not ready until 330. This was not only bad service, it was hard for our party to be separated since we were traveling with children.
They only provided us with one bag of coffee in each room and it took them 45 minutes to provide u s with more coffee. Additionally, it was 2.50 per coffee in the restaurant. The check out process was really long and drawn out. They did not ask if I was a IHG Rewards member at the time of check out or check in.
The gentleman who helped us with the bags was great but this was the only good part of our experience. Like I said previously, I tend to stay at Holiday Inn's (usually expresses) as often as I can since the service is usually stellar. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Achei o hotel muito bom, seria interessante se tivesse nos quartos um frigobar, Miami é muito quente.
