The hotel itself was very nice, the driver for the shuttle was very polite and personable. Front desk was very good. Problem we had was at breakfast. We felt the service was not very good. It could not be explained very well to us what was included in the buffet and kids menu, it was very confusin. Then when I payed I was told my AMEX card could not be rung at the breakfast area, it needed to be rang at the front desk. Very strange. a couple of week nows I check my statement, there are two different charges , one for the $25.19 breakfast ammount, and another $25.00 that not sure why I am being charge that. Also I get a call from AMEX letting me know my card has been used many times to buy different items. Charges have been cleared but had to go through the hasle and inconvininnence of getting a new card, I could not use my card during my vacation, it was just a bad experience, and the only time I used my card in Miami was at your hotel.
Also the HHonors website lists your hotel with "FREE" continental breakfast. It is not true at all.

Good hotel. Stayed here whenever i was in town for work. Could use a good map of the area to give to people staying at the hotel as there are a number of good restaurants and practical services in the area.
