Small , crowded , noisy , level of the overall experience is not at all what is expected from an IHG group of hotels
No fridge in the room , bathroom is very small
The location was great and the staff is excellent though to be fair !

The hotel was very clean, modernized and in mint condition. Hotel service was timely and efficient on all levels. The Hotel is centrally located to numerous New York attractions, shopping, and food including Penn Station. The Hotel Café was awesome and the food was very good. It was well worth the cost of staying at the Holiday Inn Manhattan 6th Ave. -Chelsea. We will stay there again.

i spend at least 2 nights a week away in hotels and i can say that this hotel is best i have ever stayed in. the only negative i can think of is that it hasnt got a swin=mming pool, but i understand that would be hard due to the location of the hotel.
i will be staying their again.

Improve internet speed. It was simply awful. This could be fixed. Elevator availability is truly awful (sometimes requiring a wait of 20 minutes during busy morning times), but not sure what you can do to fix that.
Bath curtain flops easily into the toilet because of smallness of bathroom
Otherwise a decent hotel

We were only given three towels per day and we had 4 people. Therefore I had to ask for an extra towel 3 times. The 3rd time, I asked them to tell housekeeping to leave 4 towels per day. I had to ask for toilet paper TWICE! (I have never had to ask for toilet paper! Housekeeping was not filling it!) One day the room was not cleaned at all for no reason. Housekeeping was also not changing the garbage in the room so I had to change it and leave it all in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom had a malfunction and black stuff started shooting out of the fan so we had to stop using that. The last night we were there, our key cards did not work and they appeared to have been deactivated for some reason. The internet was HORRIBLE! Real spotty, in and out, and took forever to open pages. The biggest incident was I came back to the hotel with dessert and they would not give me a spoon to eat it! The bar told me to get it from the front desk. The front desk told me to get it from the bar. I returned to the person at the bar only to be told "We don't just give out spoons!" I got very upset as I was a paying guest of 8 nights and could not get a spoon! I guess they thought I was going to steal it! Finally the bell hop, who was the nicest employee came up and said they would bring one up from room service! Ridiculous!

I chose this hotel for my teenage son's first visit to NYC since it was close to the train station and Madison Square Garden. The staff was friendly and my son felt like a VIP upon arrival. The room was nice and everything went well.

Darei solo un suggerimento:
mettere a disposizione dei Clienti un servizio Navetta (per e da) per le principali escursioni in Musei e Parchi.
