Our stay was great, relaxing and the staff were very polite and attentive. I enjoyed the view of Niagara Falls as well. We honeymooned there and this hotel was a last minute change and to know that as an IHG member, even booking at the last minute, I was treated as if I reserved prior.

The staff were excellent. I ate at Tony Roma's in the hotel, the server I had was excellent as well. I loved my big comfy bed!!! it was great for my shirt stay

This is my second review and hopefully last. I have already written of my less than ok stay. The room was only half ready for sleeping.
The worst part was the mold in the shower. The person who contacted me tried to tell me that the design on the wall paper only looked like mold. This person then tried to explain what the design looked like and I said mold. My apologies for interrupting.
After more than my initial 10 attempts to contact the staff and resolve my unpleasant stay I was promised a refund of less than half the points charged for the room. I was unhappy with this agreement as it was less than half, but I wanted this matter resolved. I received two separate point credits, but less than promised.
Since then I have left more than 8 messages including emails and this matter has still not been resolved.
This is unacceptable customer service. The holiday inn there is either understaffed, apathetic, or other.
Please refund my full points for this stay. This stay was June 15th, 2015.
