Really bad experience, poor hotel infrastructure, and terrible customer services, even for Platinums. This hotel should not be part of the IHG chain. In sum’ I reserved a king size bed and I got two twins, the TV were not working, the room was not well cleaned, the water temperature moved from burning hot to cold, and the bathroom was motel like. I called several times to the reception but nothing got fixed. I even talked with the manager and he keeps repeating the same “I am sorry” “Let me know if I can be of any help”. How about fixing the existing problems!
Also, the hotel shuttle stood me up at the airport in the middle of the night. Even though I asked several times to the receptionist if the shuttle would pick me up and she said “of course, just call the number and we will pick you up”.
Also the hotel incorrectly advertise that has a beach when in fact it does not. There are different private resort that anybody who pays can have access.
