The booking in process was awful! There were only 2 desk staff that were occupied with demanding customers. As a result it took best part of 30 mins just to book in and get a room key. At the end of a 12 hr working day this is totally unacceptable.
The room was what I would expect for a Holiday Inn.
The breakfast was poor in terms of quality of food though the staff tried their best.
The booking out again took too long. Why oh why are there so many data entry operations required on the screen. The software has clearly been designed with out the front end operation in mind.
My experience in this hotel was poor and I have recommended to my company not to use this hotel or only in the last resort.

Can't say enough about the staff, especially the gentleman at Reception who was so helpful. They held my luggage as we drove the south of France for 3 days (very helpful). When returning they greeted me as if I never left.

An excellent few days spent in Nice and this well located Holiday Inn where the staff were very attentive. Our room was excellent and extremely clean and nicely decorated.
