Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Cold morning I stayed here on Wednesday 14th Jan, I arrived later at about 8:30pm had to wait about 5 mins before anyone appeared in reception. Went to my room and the room smelt very sweet not sure what it was! Woke in the morning to find that no hot water was available - had a wash using the water from the kettle -(running late) went to the checkout and was asked how my stay was? I informed the member of staff that no hot water was available to be told that she had called out an engineer at 7am and at 7;15 it was fixed - at 8am when i left the room still no hot water was available. I was then informed that it was not her fault she had done all she could - I did point out that may be the water heating system may have been old or not correctly maintained thus resulting in a breakdown - again this was not her fault. I did say that I though that I shouldn't pay and I was about to say "the full amount" but was told that that was my choice and she couldn't force me to pay. I did try to explain my disappointment and how simple monitors can sense problems with heating systems and call out engineers before the whole system turns ice cold. Another downside was that the toilet bowl was very stained below the water line and that it was impossible to get the toilet seat to stay up due to the fish handle. 19. Januar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Great Hotel in Flore Arriving mid afternoon we were easily and efficiently checked in. The room was pleasant and very quiet considering the closeness to the M1 Motorway, we did not hear or were not disturbed by it all. After an evening out with friends we returned and slept well before arising in the morning to find a great Buffet Breakfast. The food was hot and well cooked and the choices of all parts, from cereal to fruit 14. Januar 2015

Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Terrible room Rooms are of a very low standard at this hotel, very badly furnished and lit. My room had a really damp smell that got even stronger in the bathroom. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, including the pillows and the bed linen did not look clean, if I had a blanket in the car I would have used that on the bed! Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Awful hotel wouldn't go back I normally always stay with Holiday Inn as you can guarantee the standard of room and hotel, but this has to be an exception. The room was awful, it smelt musty (my colleagues smelt much worse and damp) and was in need of decorating. The bed was very uncomfortable, hard and was visibly sagging in the middle. The bedding was thin and worse for wear and I really didn't want to get in it! The bathroom was a similar story, very outdated with cracked tiles and a bit grubby. There was a vending machine on the corridor which was very loud and meant it was hard to sleep. The shower was very hot and would not turn down any cooler. All in all a horrific two nights and I was glad to get out of there!! 1. Dezember 2014

Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Room tired in need of updating Stayed for 2 nights, room clean but required decorating and updating. Bathroom functional but in dire need of updating. Bath panel old and tatty, bath heavily sealed with mastic and shower, whilst worked well , needs repair. Staff friendly and helpfull and general ambiance of communial areas were good. 25.
