Staff need better training here, was very messy and too informal. Good large, clean rooms, large bathroom, good shower, but needs better lighting!

Fine to use for business. Wifi was very poor, also difficult to login.
Service in the restaurant was a bit unorganised.
Bathroom was dated, took a bit of looking to find the flush for the toilet, which was next to the shower controls and the toilet paper was under the sink?

Internet is waste of time. My stay actually cost me my nights sleep as I could not work as Internet. Would not work so had to leave earlyto find a place that did and ccomplete my work from the previous day.
made worst by staff staying its reported everyday but management will not dort as it costs money! !!!!

Was ok, but you have to park a distance away from the entrance ??? Staff could be a bit more attentive - for example there was a bulb out in the corridor and clearly nobody thought to replace it.

Will definitely be visiting Northampton again and as I travelled from Wales to see family I will stay at this hotel

Well this is the worst holiday inn I have stopped in fact I have paid far less and got much better at budget chains. No air com, tired room and fittings, scruffy staff, and a basic inability to cook a steak anything but cremated I gave up after sending back twice. Take my advice save the money and sleep in the car. Please holiday inn don't post a reply saying thanks for comments and sorry I was disappointed just doing something positive with feedback.

the only downside was 1 noisy aircon so could only use when away from room 2 breakfast very good but evening meal only average may be affected buy wedding at venue
