We stayed for 3 nights for my sons wedding in Orlando. This right after a BIG game at the college. Our room(2nd floor) my preference, was clean and when you closed the curtians it got dark- I liked that. The food at the Blue fire resturant was good, Hotel type, but the buffet breckfast was worth the xtra- especially since I got a discount for booking early- maybe they could add biscuts and gravy. I've stayed here twice at different times and have been treated very warmly, and the woman working on Thursday night 11/21/13 at the front desk is to be comended.Great employee your lucky to have her. Yes I will stay again when my need arises.

I Have been staying at this hotel for sometime now, and Enjoy the Commitment the staff have to their Guests
The Rooms are Nice and Comfortable, Clean and Maintained, and Quiet
My Wife feels safe here, when I am not able to attend games, and they treat Her as Family.

Extremely Dirty. As we walked in there were beer bottles and beer boxes laying on the ground by the side door. Carpet on the main floor is tearing in many areas. Trash cans overflowing. Went in to the public bathroom on main floor and no papertowels and again trash overflowing. Rooms were dirty. Dirt and sludge on floorboards. Furniture in rooms outdated. AC did not cool down well. This hotel defintely needs a remodel. Breakfast in the morning did not meet the value.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to UCF for their homecoming football game. Check in is at 3 and at 2:50 the room was not ready and we were told it may be a while without much apology from the clerk. I left my card at the front desk and asked them to call when it was ready. I went to the bar for a drink and all the draft kegs were empty so no draft beer available. I got a bottled beer with a glass but the glass had food on it. By 330 I hadn't heard from the clerk so went to the front desk which was crowded with many guests trying to check in, all of us hoping it would be in time for the homecoming game. Most were being told it would be up to an hour. Fortunately they kept my place in line and my room was ready around 4. The first thing I noticed was the vomit on the back of the door, disgusting! The room also appeared that it hadn't been vacuumed. No surprise that it was dirty since they were so behind but they knew the game would bring crowds, they hosted the football team! The bathroom floor was also dirty with dirt and an earring back in the corner, not mine. We didn't have time to do anything about it but made note of it when we left, and again the clerk was unaffected and barely apologized let alone offered any sort of discount or concern about the nastiness. I'll never come here again and will be sure to tell my friends. My parents stayed here all the time 10 years ago and never had this issue.

Over priced for an average room. Found rooms to be dated and in need of repairs. Cracked tiles caulking etc. A/C fan not blowing but unit ran constantly.

This property is the best location to stay for a UCF football game. Their staff is always great and the common areas are kept up very well. We always enjoy meeting up with friends in the lounge area, which is very spacious with a great bar and many couches and tables. The only thing they need to work on is updating the rooms. The room was dark and smelled musty. The shower tile was old and cracking and just simply needs to be replaced.

Our room was hot, hot, hot! The air conditioning was not working at all (other than dripping water from the ceiling onto the rug in front of the bathroom). However, by the time we realized the a/c was not working, it was late, we were tired, and we were in no mood to change rooms. Our original room was not ready when we arrived, so it would have been the second time we had to move. . .sad, because the hotel is really pretty otherwise. The hall carpets and lobby areas were especially pretty. The separate dining area was nice for breakfast (rather than just an area off the lobby). Yet, nothing compensates for a bad night's sleep, and it is always a bad night when the room is stifling hot.
