First time in this property.
Very pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.
Nice staff and good and clean amenities.
Close to the metro station.
Reasonably priced room rate.

The moment we arrived the hotel didn't provide us with any
}information or welcome points once we was checked in to our room. we
}entered our room and found it was very cold and we called reception to
}say that the room was cold and we was told to adjust the radiator
}knobs, and we did but it was still very cold for the next 20 - 30 mins
}(thinking it shouldn't take that long for the heating to start working)
}Then i decided to i'll have a quick shower to freshen up and proceeded
}to the shower to turn it on but nothing happened no water... but water
}was coming out of the tap but nothing from the shower We complained and
}the staff had said that the should isn't that complicated to use and i didn't know how to use it...
}but looking at the shower there was only 2 taps Hot and cold mixer and
}the water on and off.. not really hard to use after the staff making us
}feel as we so stupid we are unable to use a shower.. we was eventually
}given a different room... All was ok for Valentines day.. no issues
}except for the frosty "murmured" hello from the reception desk and and
}the rude staff in the breakfast room On 15th on Feb My Wife Purse was
}stolen from her while we was out sight seeing... under the Eiffel Tower
}and we spent most of the walking to the police station. After having
}walked 2 hours back we reached the hotel and mentioned what has happen
}and we have no money for any food, and we asked if there was any
}biscuits to eat or a something to snack on as we haven't eaten for 7
}hours the staff member just said coldly no and just laughed in our
}faces the next day on the day of check out we asked the staff if we
}could possibly have a few light snacks from the breakfast after she had
}spoken to the manager, and after said had stopped laughing at us we was
}allowed to have 2 pieces of the smallest croissants known to man i know
}we was lucky to have it but not having eaten for almost 19 hours it
}wasn't really enough to sustain 2 people so i did ask for more and
}collected a few more pastries, The the Staff in the breakfast room
}called me to collect the tray which she was holding to give me, but she
}put the tray down and made me pick it up as it i was a beggar and an
}untouchable person i would like some compensation for the way my Wife
}and i was treated i understand the loss of money was nothing to do with
}holiday inn and the staff but being treated so badly afterwards - on my
