This has to be one of the worst Holiday Inn Hotels that I've stayed in for service. The front desk, with exception of one Asian woman, was not helpful, nor accommodating. They acted with indifference to my needs and seemed to not have cared less that I was Platinum IHC member. With an exception or two, any request that I made - i.e. extra instant coffee, help with travel to the airport, general discussions were met with what I thought was contempt and insolence. The night before we checked out we reserved their recommended shuttle service, only to have our ride given away to another couple. The replacement driver was ornery, temperamental and unacceptable. The desk manager said "well, I thought you knew what our shuttle service was". I didn't think it would be that terrible, so they had to call us a large taxi. We were 1 hour late per my schedule to arrive at the airport. Fortunately, the taxi driver was great. Do not use the hotel recommended shuttle service. I will not be staying here again... Also, the rooms are very small and the internet was terrible.

good. specially how the front desk lady helped me to get a car to airport , was really good.

Front-desk staff kindly provided information about travel around Paris.
The breakfast was tremendous buffet and was complimentary. This saved time and mental stress in finding a place to eat in the early morning where we could sit and plan our day's adventure in Paris.
