Quality as expected form a Holiday Inn. Nice comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff.
Location is prefect, right in the heart of Reims and a short walk to the Cathedral as well as some of the Champagne houses.
Parking is right next to the hotel, which is ideal.
The exterior and especially the view on the building itself from the glass lift needs to be cleaned up though.
All in all certainly a nice experience.

Hôtel parfait pour un séjour à Reims.
Hôtel très qualitatif et personnel à l'écoute des besoins.
Chambre très confortable et spacieuse, literie et oreillers très confortables.
Implantation idéale proche des restaurants et du centre ville.
Un bémol : le parking, petit...mais des possibilités de stationner à proximité.

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée, était sombre, la fenêtre s'ouvrait en plein sur le lit et la vue de la chambre était horrible avec une vue sur une facade.
Le signal réseau sans fil était trés faible partout dans l'hôtel et redemandait à chaque connexion une authentification.

Comfortable and clean rooms in convenient location to city centre and restaurants. Kettle and tea/coffee in room makes a nice wake-up before venturing to breakfast.
Breakfast good. Fresh squeezed orange juice machine at buffet was convenient (but a bit awkward to operate). Only one coffee machine - usually had a line waiting.
Limited parking with small, tight spots in hotel lot, but public lot is very near and convenient.

Upon checking in stopped at the restaurant to see if they had a table for two for dinner around 7pm. Upon checking in with the restaurant manager after a short wait while he sold some takeaway wine to a customer, he said no very rudely and walked away without saying anything further. We looked around and there were only 6-8 people in the entire place so maybe 5-10% filled. We went back down to the front desk who recommended we walk up and no action was taken and no recommendations provided for alternate places to dine. Very unhelpful and probably the worst customer service I have had in recent memory. Very shocked to see a Holiday Inn staff operate like that, night and day from the treatment we recently received during our stay in Tampa, FL. SHOCKER!

I left my room the last Wednesday 27 of april.
I forgot in the safety box of the room the passports of my wife and myself, most of our money and credit cards and my house's keys.
I realized of that event in Strasbourgh and called the hotel close to a panic attack.
They say me to cool down, not to go back to the hotel and to wait in my hotel in Colmar where they would send my things.
They kept me informed during the next two days until the package with all my things finally arrived to my hotel in Colmar.
This honesty and service worths a millon bucks.
