Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Worst Hotel Experience Ever!!! This was the filthiest hotel I've ver stayed in. The hotel smelled very badly. The first room I was given (a Smoker's room) smelled horrible! The smoke smell was overwhelming. The second room had white stains on the bed skirt and headboard. When I complained to Angel, really looking for a refund. He told me he couldn't refund my money but he could put me in a different room or have the room "deep cleaned" Afraid of what I might encounter in another room, I opted for the deep cleaning. Upon returning to the room, the stains on the headboard were eliminated, but not the bed skirt. Needless to say, I didn't sleep at all that night and spent the next night at a friend's house. I was looking for a hotel to stay in every other weekend. I found one........in Wayne. 22. Januar 2015
Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Such a shame I'm looking for a hotel in the area to spend my weekends as a nice getaway and i choice to test this one out. The man at the front desk when i checked in and out(his name tag said Angel) was very wonderful and understanding. He was very helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. Unfortunately, the rest of the trip was very frustrating. The hotel had a musky smell and the heat in my room didn't work well at all. I was shaking all night long. The ice machine on my floor was not working and didn't even have a sign on it that said it was out of order. The coffee bags in the room were already opened and I called for replacements and they brought me a coffee maker, not coffee. The pool was very cold, though it's labeled as heated. There were wet towels and garbage in that pool area and we watched a worker come into the pool area twice and didn't bother to pick anything up or send anyone to do it. I went to the desk to ask about late checkout and asked the fees and the woman just told me no. I would have paid for another night if I needed to. We wanted to stay a bit later but the woman just told me no and sent me on my way. Its a shame because I don't think I could return after all those problems. They lost a returning customer almost every weekend. 20. Januar 2015
Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Comfortable bed have a good night sleep. just don't wee. the toilet will run all night and if you need to shower you feet will get a free bath. due to the drain not working. other then that the people were nice and help full. i'm sure had i not been on my way to work they would of had no problem fixing the issues at hand. i did not bring it up to them being i was in a rush. 19. Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Terrible Night Room smelled musty, so we switched. Whole hotel was cold. Restaurant was so cold we left. Heat in room didn't work and the second room we got had NO hot water. They came up and said the boiler was off, but it never got hot. We were given a marginal amount of money off. Will never go back again. 14. Januar 2015

Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Never ever ever stay at this hotel I figured this hotel would be a nice place to stay while attending a family members funeral....let me say I was TOTALLY way off. When we enter the building, there was a foul smell, let's just say that the whole building smelled that way. Let's get to the room...upon entering the room, it was about fifty degrees in there...I looked at the curtains across the room and figured someone left the window open.... upon going over to what I thought was a window I discovered that it was a sliding glass door and no it wasn't open. It was so drafty and poorly constructed that you could literally push on it and move it...inches. After putting the heat on eighty-eight degrees and hours later it finally heated up a slight bit. I won't even go into the bathroom or the guy dumping carpet fresh throughout the hallway and vacuuming to cover up the smell. Let's just say I will never book a room at a Holliday Inn ever...ever again. 12. Dezember 2014
