Lola at front desk was awesome. Our flight was delayed, rental car place closed. She gave us direction to get us to our room ASAP.
Rooms very stuffy. Temp outside pleasant but temperature inside uncomfortable throughout night.
Had an ADA room. Quite nice but we are tall so accommodations a little off for us.

Horrible experience in a suite in the old towers! Air conditioner leaked for the entire stay, constant interruptions for things I never ordered like cribs, and to top it off, NO POWER in my room the day of checkout with a 6:30 am flight. I had to shower and pack in the dark with a flashlight and had to go to my directors toom to dry my hair. Hotel staff had minimal concern and I will never stay here again. Also the spa was broken so no hot tub either... Get it together holiday inn!

I have stayed at this property 3 times now. The first 2 visits I was in the main building. Rooms were great. Clean, modern and comfortable. Recently, I stayed in the tower in a suite and it was not a good experience. The room was very large but VERY dated. The water pressure was non-existent and the toilet ran all night long. I did report this to management and they fixed the next day. All drains in the sink and tub were very slow to drain. I don't understand how housekeeping doesn't realize this when cleaning the room to report to maintenance. I received a call from the front desk the final night of my staying asking how my stay was. I expressed my dissatisfaction. I was asked if I wanted a wake-up call which I accepted but next morning, no wake-up call. Surprise! Management at this location needs to step-up and make this a property I want to come back to. I participated in the manager reception which was very nice and it was nice to meet the Sales Manager who really expressed her appreciation of my loyalty. I also ordered a margarita flatbread in the Bayside Bar which was terrible. It tasted like it had a mustard for a base. And, I learned that the server increased the tip by $5 when charged to my credit card. My receipt clearly states what I initially left. Terrible service!!! Don't waste your time if you want to eat at the Bayside. Bar service was pleasant and good selection of beers and cocktails.
