the only thing I did not like was the cost of parking. for guests it should be inclusive.

We stopped in San Francisco for an overnight visit and previously stayed in this area. This facility is very close to Fisherman's Wharf and other local attractions. If you want to see other parts of the city the famous Cable Cars have a station only two blocks away where you can purchase a ticket and board the car. We would definitely stay here again!

We were there just for one night, and due to it´s perfect location, we were able to have a footwalk exploring a lot of San Francisco in a very condensed way, without loosing any time....
The polite and knowledgeable staff was always very decent in proposing places to go and the must-sees.
As the parking is inside, one does not loose time with searching, also no risc of a parking ticket.
Next time we will be in SF, we will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Fishermans Wharf

I booked over 1 month in advance and requested joining rooms since I wanted all 6 of us to be together, unfortunately that was not done.

The hotel was in a great location at fisherman wharf 1 block from the board walk, the room was clean and had a fridge in room. the staff was very friendly and parking garage was under hotel and had a elevator which went from garage to hotel rooms which is very good it was $40 a night for parking with unlimited in and out. but you don't need your car in San Francisco you have the trolley and buses. The main trolley was 1 block south of hotel to hop on and go..

What a great location! Couldn't believe how close I was to everything my friend and I wanted to go to and see. We were close to the action but also liked that we had some distance from the big attractions.
I didn't like that parking wasn't included in the overall price, where else did they expect us to park??
Overall I would give this hotel a 7/10- not including breakfast and parking was a turn off for me, but I did love that we were close to the Wharf and Ghiradelli Square.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the San Francisco Wharf and other areas. We had a car so the underground parking was very welcome. The area was secure for our car and safe for us to be out and about. There are great restaurants and shopping nearby. The Muni provides excellent transportation if you do not want to drive including cable cars, light rail, and buses - you do not need a car to stay here. We enjoyed the Exploratorium, Aquarium, bay cruises, Golden Gate Park, Ghiradelli Square, and Boudin's bakery and other food. There are also bike rentals, walking tours, and lots of other attractions we did not have time to sample. We will come here again.

Great location & friendly staff. Hotel room was good been on ground floor, though the view was of the back street skip bins and early hours of morning sounded like a construction site outside our window which was hideous.
I phoned the hotel the day after we left San Francisco as I was pretty certain I had left my Sony Black/Silver digital camera on the bed (under the top bedcover) by accident. I asked manager on duty and he put me thru to housekeeping lady whom couldnt understand my english repeating my room number several times. The housekeeper didnt seem to be too concerned and said no camera was found in our room. I had taken most of our holiday pics on this camera/memory card and very dissapointed that the hotels staff werent honest enough to hand the camera in to manager to have them return too me. If there is any way that person who has got there hands on my camera to return the memory card so I can at least have my photos that are important and precious to me. I have already sent email to the hotel and have had no response so far.
