I stayed at the Holiday Inn Fisherman's Wharf for four days while on a work trip. The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I had a fridge and a microwave which made my stay very enjoyable. I used the fitness three out of the four nights there. It was very small and the machines were really close together. It was okay as long as no one else was in there.

Great value, nice and comfortable room. Short distance to the wharf. Only wish there was more bathroom counter space.

This hotel was walking distance to all of the things we wanted to do and see. It was a little on the expensive side per night, however, it was in the ball park for other comparable hotels.

Hotel and rooms were wonderful.
Unfortunately, you must be very careful outside since this tourist area is a target for drive-by purse snatching, pickpockets, and car window smash and grab by petty criminals "from the other side of the bay". Our experience will make us think really hard about coming back to San Francisco.

we were looking for a hotel that would be a great place to stay and within walking distance to the attractions. We were very happy with the room, spacious, comfortable with great views. Would definitely stay there again.

On arrival in early hours greeted by friendly desk staff, surprise however to find you had to pay to park in hotel car park.
Overall hotel was to the standard i would have expected from Holiday Inn
Concierge however was rude but desk staff during the daytime help resolve the problem
