Front desk personal lack of experience with Reward Gold-Elite Members
Manager unable to handle a normal prepaid reservation.
No priority check in:
Check in over 45 minutes for a Gold - Elite member
No priority check out :
Check out 25 minutes (very busy and not front desk personal to handle the flow)
Be aware of the in-out jam ....

Over all our first stay was excellent, except that 1st the breakfast buffet was cold and diner the following evening was warmish and expensive.
We have stayed at Holiday Inn s in the UK where overall the food is served hot and less expensive than the US

Easy to book online at first, but if you are booking multiple members of staff be prepared for mistakes in the reservations, billings, etc. You will need to learn their internal bureaucracy and police it more than their own staff who are paid to so in order to avoid future problems.
Once above issue is worked out, then I have no complaints. Some staff are awesome, and I don't think this is a problem with "bad" staff--this is corporate HQ's responsibility to make sure their systems work and their staff are trained and that there are enough of them on site to help people.
