Answered the phone n automatically put me on hold. When he answered the line, he hung up on me. When I called back he denied doing so. I was calling from a work landline. There is absolutely no way that I could've hung up on him. I called to simply put my guest's IHG Spire membership number on the reservation before he arrived and he insisted that I speak with Central reservations. Why?!? I had the confirmation number AND his membership number ready to go. He could've just wrote it dwn and added it to the reservation later if he was busy at THAT particular moment. POOR phone and customer service skills. Not everyone is cut out for hospitality. Mgmt should look into re-training this gentleman, the IHG brand standard way.

Good stay, quite, slept well, room was a little to far from front desk otherwise nice hotel

My husband and I were greeted by the woman at the front desk. She told us we had been upgraded from a King executive room to a King Suite. Very nice! I had had recent foot surgery so being able to sit and have meals in the suite with my foot up was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Even my husband said so, and he is very picky. There was some outside noise-hotel is very near airport-but not a problem-some airport noise was expected. The kitchen is not stocked with any glasses/dishes, utensils, which I thought it would be. But also not a problem. When I called the Front desk, they immediately brought me a wine opener. : ) Very nice over all. We would definitely stay there again.
