I am a Platinum memeber, stayed at this Hotel on June 30th, had some problems with room, spoke wth front desk at check out di not want refund, front desk supervisor called and appologzed and said would deposit ponts into my account for the problem, never receved the points, have called the hotel three times, first time was told front desk manager on vacation and she is only one that can depost them, and that when she gets back she is going to do them, second time left name and message and was told that they would be put in and some one would call me no points and no call, third time two weeks ago agan left message with dates, phone number and still no ponts and no call

I've stayed here many times for business. The food is great, the staff is wonderful. I've never had a bad experience.

I was not impressed. This property was well below the standards set by other business hotel chains. It wasn't exactly the cleanest hotel I've been in, and certainly needs to be updated/upgraded.
